TFM instructs firearms classes on the fundamentals of marksmanship, weapons handling and safety with easy paced progression through the use of your firearm and equipment.

We focus on teaching the fundamentals of marksmanship through clear and concise communication, with visual aids and demonstrations. We help shooters develop with the use of their firearms platform and safe handling of all required equipment. TFM Instructors lead students to establish and perform efficient movements, with precision and accuracy of shot placement. Threat management and self-defense training are taught with a focus on deconfliction that can progress into last-resort action to eliminate a lethal threat. All courses help students develop their capability of faster observation and assessment skills, while teaching the benefits of building and maintaining momentum through a target compound/environment, pushing through the threshold to eliminate the threat or reach the overall operation/call objective with competence and confidence.

Then likely removed from the range if deemed unsafe for any reason, TFM Instructor decision. This is to protect other clients, range safeties or occupants, and our employees.

TF Marauders instructs students on survivability skillset and mindset

in quickly changing environments.

Task Force Marauders Survivability Courses are developed to educate and train various groups on the most up-to-date crisis response, medical, and evacuation information coming from experienced military and homeland first responder Instructors.

Our goal is to better spread lifesaving information through quality repetition of marksmanship techniques, survival techniques, and situational awareness in order to prepare American families, communities and uniformed professionals for emergency situations encountered in life.

In most areas across the United States, if an emergency were to occur, you are your own First Response.

Be an asset rather than a liability to your community.

Law Enforcement Elements

After the tragic Uvalde, Texas school shooting, we are providing experienced instructors to any law enforcement elements that make a request. This means if your team reaches out, we will develop your course plan, source our volunteer instructors, and send a team to your training ground. We are attempting to take great action to meet our community first responders in the middle, when funding is limited, our communities need the best possible trained assets. All courses are taken from TFM templated training plans (package) but tailored individually to the audience. Every scheduled private course will begin with a pre-planned conference call or email communication - a minimum of one week prior to your teams scheduled training start date with TFM. Our goal is to establish a baseline of the student's current capabilities and what field of techniques they wish to improve on. This process assists our instructors to better tailor a custom schedule in order to maximize the potential of growth and improvement over the course of the training day(s) ahead.

Every course is structured in the crawl, walk, run progression.

What makes TFM courses different?

We eliminate Fear Based thought process, reactions, and leadership from tactical and first response training.

While we bring together special operations and homeland first responder resumes, TFM instructors are not on the range to tell “War Stories.” In tactical jobs and crisis response situations individuals can be faced with a lot of different types of situations. Although our media content follows military and first responder culture, you will not find TFM instructors teaching to experience scars or fears of unlikely situations in a specific field of work that does not apply to all students / clientele. There is a lot of course content to cover on the use of your equipment and not a lot of training hours scheduled to assist all students develop.

Situational Awareness Instruction: Built into every course are clear examples of 'reading an environment', assessing possible threats, reading body language, creating distance, and handling a violent outcome as safely as possible. Classroom examples into the field with hands-on observation and awareness training of multiple changing environments.

First Response/Crisis Response Aid and Evacuation:   Developing your mindset with confidence and competence in your capabilities to be a fix to a complex situation. We touch lightly on medical first response capabilities, while covering in detail the physical and mental tools that help Crisis Response professionals maintain "flow state" or ease in the face of chaotic situation. We will give practical examples, run students through a lane applying stress and confusion, while testing student’s ability to assess their environment and preform newly learned techniques to assist evacuation of casualties.

-Our goal with instructing basic medical first aid training is to better prepare students with First Responder Stop the Bleed training to improve their capabilities in crisis response situations.

Private courses have the ability to include medical training (paramedic or equivalent instructor minimum), self-aid and first responder casualty training integrated into the schedule of Tactical Survivability courses in order to spread basic lifesaving casualty care and evacuation information.

TFM teaches the MARCH-E algorithm using individual first aid equipment led by a current Paramedic, military equivalent (Special Forces 18D, PJ, SOCM Medic) or ER Physician depending on what instructor is available for course.

We focus on clearly communicating efficient methods of operating your equipment safely for your desired use (hobby, competition, or profession).
