The TF Marauders name stems back to our roots of origin, where our tactics and training developed. Handed down by a history of Warfighter & First Responder breeds before us. We are here to share solutions to complex issues, methods to perfect your craft, and efficient skillsets that TFM instructors have been professionally trained to teach.
Task Force Marauders overall purpose is to support, aid, and assist the recovery of individuals and communities as a Crisis Response Resource. Utilizing a validated network of Military and First Responder members and veterans to provide rapid response crisis resources. Experienced deployable TFM operators arrive anywhere in the US to aid the rapid response needs of families and communities within 18 hours or less.

For any of our operations involving children, or those who protect children we seek out emotionally mature, extremely compassionate, and respectable servant leaders from our communities. Leaders who live A Purpose Driven Life, passionate about the mission and always working to develop themselves. Someone of good character, moral judgment, and respectable experience and skillset that applies to the operations that TFM validates them to serve in.
For our Training development teams we seek out instructors who have a high level of capabilities in their craft, while being well rounded enough to operate more than one piece of equipment efficiently.
We do not care for “Experts” of a single craft, 20 year SOF experience in a high tier unit, or how long an operator/officer/shooters resume reads. We seek good character individuals with personality, able to lead a group with quality instruction. We deliver instructors able to assess other shooters fundamentals (or skillset being taught), and the ability to communicate clear and concise guidance/corrections for improvement. Finally, through the leadership of TF Marauders skillset and specialty Team Leads, we ensure all TF Marauders instructors maintain a high level of capability in the craft that they instruct.

The Quiet Professional
Personal safety is our utmost concern, and we recognize the dangers social media can impose. No individual who works with or for TF Marauders will have a tagged or linked personal account to the company's page unless approved. Families’ status, location, homes, and lives will not be shared in order to protect them from threats in and outside of this community. This same level of protection is applied to our clientele allowing us to train higher-tier elements and protect our instructors to retain jobs in agencies, military, and contracting.
